You now have the option to choose store credit instead of cash for your returns. Just use the returns portal as usual and select “store credit” as a method of return. Customers who choose store credit will experience a quicker refund process. Sorry, but this option is not available for goods that are faulty, and you must contact customer service as usual to return these items.
Any customers who opt for credit refund will receive 20% extra on their refund price. The cost of your returns amount will be deducted from the full amount of your refund. Please note that your store credit will only be valid for a period of 90 days after you receive it. Once you select to receive a credit refund you cannot alter this selection. If you are returning multiple items from one order, under separate returns, the choice you make for your first return will apply to all other returns from the same order regardless of when you return this. For example, if you select “store credit” for the first item from this order, you will receive credit on all additional returns you make from this order. We are sorry, but for any purchase made with full or part store credit & opt for a store credit refund, you will not qualify for the 20% extra refund. If you receive faulty goods, you may also have a right to return these goods and to ask us to repair or replace them or get a refund.
Please return your item(s) to us after finding the fault, and remember to get in touch before returning. You can do this by filling out the form on our Customer Service Hub and a member of our team will look into it. Please don’t use any faulty items after finding the fault, or we may not be able to provide a refund.
If you’re a customer in the EEA, you have 28 days to cancel your contract with us. This period starts from the day after you receive your order (or from the day after you receive the last item of your order). To cancel your contract with us please head over to our Contact Us page.
If you’re cancelling your contract with us but have already received your order, you’ll need to return the item(s) to us, see how to do this below. There will be a charge for returning the item to us at a fixed amount of £1.99 which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you. You'll then receive a full refund minus the cost of £1.99 for returning the item.
Please note that if you choose to return via any method other than one of our chosen carriers (options given when arranging a return via our portal below), you will remain responsible for the items, including for any loss or damage, until we receive them.

All returns are quality checked - items should be returned in a new and unused condition with labels attached and wherever possible sent back in the original packaging. Refunds will not be given if they do not comply with our returns policy.

Please keep your orders separate, as returning more than one order in one parcel may delay your refund. We cannot offer refunds on grooming products, fashion masks or underwear if the hygiene seal is not in place or has been broken/tampered.
It can usually take up to 7 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) from the date of your return for your parcel to be delivered back to our warehouse and processed. On receiving your return the next step is for us to check the item(s). Once our checks are complete we’ll refund your credit/debit card. The funds should appear on your bank statement within 3-5 working days (how long depends on your card issuer). If you paid for your order with a gift card, store credit or a voucher, a replacement to the value of the refund will be issued minus the cost of £1.99 for returning the item to us. We’ll make sure to keep you in the loop and send you an email as soon as your parcel arrives back at our warehouse, and again when we have processed your refund.
We don’t offer exchanges right now. You can return your items to us for a refund, and then place a new order to get the item of your choice.

When you purchase Seel Worry Free Purchase Product, you can initiate returns within 7 days after expiration of BOOHOOMAN's standard return window period. For example, if BOOHOOMAN offers 28 days for returns and you purchase the Worry Free Purchase Product, you shall have an additional 7 days starting from day 29, giving you until day 42 from delivery to initiate a return.
Seel will issue you with return shipping labels for all Worry Free Purchase Product returns in accordance with Seel’s standard policies and procedures for processing returns. The return shipping label provided by Seel will have Seel’s address on. You must return the product within 7 days from initiating the return request.
Unless you have separately purchased the Return Shipping add-on product, you are solely responsible for the cost of return shipping and any other costs of returning a product under the Worry Free Purchase Product. If you purchased the Return Shipping add-on product, Seel will cover return shipping costs in accordance with the Return Shipping terms. Seel will take receipt of each product returned under the Worry Free Purchase Product and inspect the item.
If you are eligible for a refund under the Seel Return Policy, Seel will initiate the refund directly to you within 2 days from when Seel approved the return and refund of the product. The refund amount will be the entire purchase price of the returned product, plus any associated taxes paid by you, less any cost of return shipping and any other costs of returning the product.
